Having a large family and budgeting expensive fitness apparel can be draining. My husband introduced the idea of opening a business with affordable fitness apparel. Wolfgang was a special Mother’s Day gift from my husband. It was a dream that became a reality and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. Brenda was my trainer at the time who inspired me so much. I asked her and soon enough became business partners. Wolfgang is not just a fitness brand. We are a family of women of all ages with different backgrounds who just want to find a balance and live healthy! I believe in zero judgements because every day is a new day to start over. This is my passion and I’m so thankful to have the best people in my life to help me achieve my goals. I met Rose through Brenda and was very impressed by her marketing skills. I quickly learned she shared the same passion and views! We asked her to help us and now we are all co-owners of Wolfgang. It’s been a quite a journey, but I’m proud of our brand because I know it’s built on the foundation of WOMEN in overall. More than anything, I hope everyone receives our message and transparency to provide the best quality apparel for the modern day women! I am proud to call myself Co-Owner of Wolfgang. My personal fitness journey started when I was 17 years old. I decided to make a change in my lifestyle as I lacked confidence and I was going down an unhealthy lifestyle. I fell in love with group exercise and bodybuilding; years later I took a leap a faith and made it my career. I shared my fitness journey with many women and that is when I realized how much I truly love to help and inspire women.
Throughout this time I fell in love with bodybuilding and decided to compete in the NPC Bikini division in 2017 and became a professional in 2020 in the IFBB pro League. This is when I found my passion, and I wanted to share my story to prove that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.
Throughput this journey I have met so many people who share the same passions as I do, and that want to be part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Within these people are my best friends Mina and Rose. We share the love of empowering women who empower other women and just an overall healthy lifestyle. If we are not well then we are no good for the people around us.
Wolfgang represents unity, family, resilience, courage and strength.

Wellness and fitness always has been a passion of mine. I started to take my fitness journey seriously and met Brenda as my trainer. I quickly discovered her and Mina brand Wolfgang and became obsessed! I was so invested in their mission of empowering women! We then became Co-Owners of Wolfgang! Wolfgang is not only an athletic brand but a brand made BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN. I’m so big on empowerment for ourselves and others. Being part of the Wolfgang Familia is a true gift.
